TRIO Expands Footprint with New California Office
With an expanding West Coast portfolio, TRIO launches a new office.

Based in San Diego, TRIO’s new office, allows the firm to more effectively serve its existing client base while expanding its market-driven design offerings in the rapidly growing residential, multifamily and hospitality markets in California.

TRIO has staffed its California office with area veterans who are familiar with the region. With a combined 50 years of experience in the industry, our San Diego staff has overseen hundreds of successful national and international projects in partnership with top builders and developers, earning dozens of national awards in the process. With experience in model homes, sales offices, hospitality and luxury residential design, the team will oversee business development and manage business operations out of TRIO’s West Coast office.

Late last year, TRIO acquired Denver-based Design Lines, Inc., an interior design firm specializing in model homes, apartment communities, clubhouses, and sales centers. TRIO has since doubled in size, offering clients more comprehensive services, resources and expertise, as well as greater national reach and deeper market insights.
TRIO has completed dozens of design projects in California over the last several years, including work for Touchstone Communities, Shea Homes, Rancho Mission Viejo, and Simpson Property Group. The firm plans to grow its West Coast office with additional hires over the coming weeks and months.
