IT Support Assistant

TRIO is working to put in place best-in-class technology and infrastructure to support its IT needs with both on premise and cloud-based technologies. The IT Support Assistant enhances the organization’s effectiveness by maintaining the computer networks, troubleshooting, and handling help desk tickets for TRIO and its employees.

This person will provide technical documentation and support to ensure the company runs smoothly; monitor and maintain company computer systems; install and configure hardware and software; solve technical issues and problems in person and remotely. This position will play an integral role in the daily operations and organizational strength of TRIO.

Essential Job Requirements

  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree; or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in information technology role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft 365, Windows Server knowledge

Office Assistant

TRIO is seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Assistant with 3+ years experience. The Office Assistant provides administrative support, greeting and directing visitors, answering and responding to calls, organizing travel arrangements, and managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Other duties will include assisting in administrative needs for the HR Manager and company event coordination.

The ideal candidate must be very detailed oriented, possess excellent communication skills, strong multi-tasking and organization skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This position plays an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company.

Project Lead – Commercial Division

We are seeking a creative, hardworking candidate with 7+ years of experience in the design industry. Looking for an individual with strong skills in all phases of design; developing design concepts and presentations, space planning, furniture specifications, installation of projects, construction documents, contract administration, and preparing projects schedules. The position requires knowledge of building codes, CAD, construction management, and interior design drawings. The Project Lead is responsible for directing a team by managing all aspects of a project.

This position requires experience working with large scale amenities, resort style clubhouses, sales offices, spas, and restaurants. This position leads and directs the work of others to work as a collaborative team on multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced office is vital.

The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented with a good understanding of construction documents and millwork; and have the ability to complete a full construction drawing set and experience with furniture and fabrics specifications. Candidate must have strong AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop skills. Must also possess very strong creative passion, organization, communication, and time management skills with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial interiors.

TRIO is seeking a creative, hardworking and motivated Interior Designer for our Model Home Team. The position is full-time with benefits included. We are seeking a creative, hardworking candidate with 2+ years of experience in the design industry, model home merchandising experience preferred.

Candidate must have the ability to complete a full construction drawing set and experience with furniture and fabrics specifications. Candidate must have strong AutoCAD and Photoshop skills. Must be talented and passionate about design, detail oriented, and have a great work ethic.
