Purchasing Agent

Candidate should have experience in related industry within purchasing and work well with vendors. Must be able to handle a large volume of projects at once, effective cost savings ability, excellent attention to detail and time management skills, along with a very strong work ethic. He or she should have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Experience with procurement software is desirable. A team player, working well with our designers, procurement team and leadership is required. Candidate should have 3+ years experience in procurement and project management.

The candidate must be very detail oriented, have strong project management skills, and is well organized. They will complete all purchasing requirements that will allow the job to be installed efficiently and on schedule. This position takes procurement from job start to install finish. Duties will include, but are not limited to: purchasing items from vendors, receive acknowledgements and verify items are identical to purchase order, reconcile discrepancies, create job expediting reports, check inventory stock from vendors, and other required tracking duties, collaborate with warehouse to confirm receipt of product. Great troubleshooting abilities are required to resolve all product issues with vendors.

Autodesk BIM & Revit Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files and models. As a part of TRIO’s Technical Team, the BIM Manager will be responsible for acting as a mentor to our Design Team on Revit best practices while moving through the lifecycle of a project.

They will be responsible for collaborating with VP of Construction and other Technical Team members to develop, execute and maintain relevant training. Additionally, they will be responsible for setting up all Revit projects within company standards and assisting with advanced modeling as needed throughout project lifespans. This position will play an integral role in the daily operations and organizational strength of TRIO.

Essential Requirements

  • Expert Level Experience in AutoCAD and Revit
  • 5-8 years of experience with BIM Docs and BIM 360
  • Revit modeling skills required – including wall types, furniture, lighting, symbols, tags, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of smart components and scheduling
  • Set up and send IFC files
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and help problem solve
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective working in a team environment
  • Self-starter with drive to pursue continued education on BIM and related technologies

Project Lead – Commercial Division

We are seeking a creative, hardworking candidate with 7+ years of experience in the design industry. Looking for an individual with strong skills in all phases of design; developing design concepts and presentations, space planning, furniture specifications, installation of projects, construction documents, contract administration, and preparing projects schedules. The position requires knowledge of building codes, CAD, construction management, and interior design drawings. The Project Lead is responsible for directing a team by managing all aspects of a project.

This position requires experience working with large scale amenities, resort style clubhouses, sales offices, spas, and restaurants. This position leads and directs the work of others to work as a collaborative team on multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced office is vital.

The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented with a good understanding of construction documents and millwork; and have the ability to complete a full construction drawing set and experience with furniture and fabrics specifications. Candidate must have strong AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop skills. Must also possess very strong creative passion, organization, communication, and time management skills with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial interiors.
