In a calendar year each employee can use 3 WEEKS of paid time off, sick leave, plus an additional ten paid holidays!

TRIO allows for employees to work outside the office from time-to-time. We also offer flexible start times and an early weekend start with 3:00 pm Fridays!

Once a year TRIO closes for a Wellness Week, which is paid time off for all employees! This promotes health, wellness, and a work/life balance.
