This week, the annual PCBC tradeshow gathered home building professionals to showcase homebuilding’s most innovative products, projects, and people. Dedicated to advancing the art, science and business of housing, PCBC is the largest homebuilding tradeshow representing the west coast region.
The two-day program included the 2022 Gold Nugget Awards, recognizing the industry’s top top innovators in design, planning and development. Selected by a panel of top industry experts who reviewed nearly 600 entries, the winners showcase the most exciting trends in design, planning and building.
Project categories include the best in custom, mixed-use, indoor-outdoor lifestyle, educational, senior housing, International, and 60 more building categories.
“Determined from a competitive field of 596 entries, this year’s Merit and Grand Award winners can be justly proud of their honors,” says a PCBC representative. “This year’s panel included some of the most creative and successful designers, planners, and builders in our industry.”
