Located in northeastern Kansas, Overland Park — or OP as the locals like to call it — is making the suburbs look cool again. Overland Park is often recognized as one of America’s best cities to live; ranked among the best suburbs for retirement and best cities for families. With its low cost of living, solid economy, sporting options and laid-back lifestyle, OP offers a compelling proposition for retirees and empty-nesters of all ages.
Expectations for senior living have changed. We design distinctive residences and compelling amenities so these communities stand out from the rest. And we deliver exciting clubhouse design and programming that fosters a true sense of community.
Our TRIO designers set out a plan to create a memorable, inviting, strong yet natural feeling is the main goal for the design direction of this project. The brand colors come from man-made materials like steel and cement and are balanced out with natural elements like moss, sand, and slate.
Using the elements from the brand direction, a cohesive story comes alive for the interiors and outdoor design of the new community. It is our hope that seniors, retirees, and their families will find something to love about The Isaac.
From the lobby and leasing lounge, and music lounge, fitness area and spa, to the community club room, sculpture garden, and many more amenity spaces, The Isaac will showcase how builders, developers, and designers are reimagining senior living.
