Citizen West 10, a project in collaboration with Quarterra Group, was recognized as the 2022 Multifamily Development of the Year at the NAIOP- Colorado Chapter Awards of Achievement celebration.
NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate.
Citizen West 10, a 17-story apartment community, was designed to reflect the industrial, mixed-use heritage of Denver’s eclectic Golden triangle neighborhood while keeping an eye toward the future with multiple state-of-the-art amenity offerings.
Design details include a style perfect for elevated city life as it joins the best of deluxe contemporary, modern and industrial influences for an inspiring and timeless approach.
A balanced and carefully edited mix of elements create moody bold hues playing on Colorado’s natural palette of wire brushed woods, local metals and rich burnt earth tones.
