TRIO Celebrates Award-Winning Model with Mattamy Homes
We’re thrilled to announce that a TRIO-designed model was honored with a Gold Award at North Carolina’s 2024 Triangle Parade of Homes.
The Sequoia Floorplan model in the Riverfall community by Mattamy Homes secured the honor at this year’s event. Voted on by a panel of judges, including experienced industry professionals from the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties, we’re grateful for this recognition.
This year, the Triangle Parade of Homes had 203 entries from 27 municipalities across the North Carolina region. The event featured homes with cutting-edge smart home systems, innovative sustainable materials, modern architectural styles, luxurious finished, and thoughtful layouts.
