We are thrilled to announce that a home designed by TRIO was awarded “Best Interior” in its price tier at the 80th Annual Salt Lake Parade of Homes—the nation’s first and longest-running Parade of Homes event, dating back to 1946.
This year’s milestone Parade celebrated the very best in home design, craftsmanship, and innovation across Salt Lake and Tooele counties. From custom builds to modern remodels, each home reflected creativity, quality, and the evolving ways we live today.
Award-Winning Design: The Millcreek at Copperhaven
The winning home, located in the Copperhaven by Toll Brothers community in West Jordan, Utah, is the Millcreek model—an organic modern interior designed to merge modern luxury with the calming influence of natural elements.
TRIO’s designers brought the Millcreek model at Copperhaven to life with an organic modern interior design that balances light, neutral palettes with deep sage greens to create a tranquil yet sophisticated environment. In the great room, our team emphasized soaring ceilings with custom wood trim, layered in curated lighting and art selections to add warmth and character.
The bedrooms were carefully designed with unique wallpaper and paint details, ensuring each space feels distinctive and personal.
For the heart of the home, our designers crafted a layout that delivers modern luxury with comfort, featuring a gourmet kitchen with an oversized island, walk-in pantry, and seamless flow into the dining and living spaces.
We are honored to see the Millcreek home at Copperhaven celebrated for its interior design, and we look forward to continuing to create homes that connect people to place, nature, and community.
