Every detail at Solana Fitzsimons has been carefully planned to ensure residents enjoy a completely unique living experience. From the community beer gardens complete with outdoor games to the sleek and stylish co-working space, you won’t find these amenities anywhere else in the area!
Residents are greeted with Scandinavian-inspired furnishings and a massive chimenea that invites cozy gatherings with friends. Amenities abound – from a basketball court and fitness room to a yoga studio, beer garden, outdoor pool, and golf simulator. In a prescient move, the builder also devoted a full wing of the community hub to a coworking space for resident use, complete with a central hub for collaboration, telephone rooms and private offices, the design of which rival the best coworking spaces in the nation.
The biggest challenge on this project – differentiating a suburban production builder’s community from its ample competition in the area – resulted in its greatest success. The design team pulled out all the stops to celebrate this community’s progressive approach and contemporary design – and it makes all the difference.
