Welcome to At Ease, a stunning villa near Harbour Island’s famous pink sand beach. During a three-month renovation, designers worked with local talent to transform the home into a relaxing retreat that’s centered around togetherness and connection and inspired by the island’s vibrant colors and organic textures.

The home’s interiors align with local design traditions in their use of weathered woods, corals, caning, and rattan, but veer from them with vibrant tropical tile murals and wallcoverings (including a custom wallpaper inspired by the homeowner’s grandmother’s love of cockatoos).
The furnishings, which highlight custom textiles, are a mix of antique and vintage finds and the custom designs.
Accessories include personal photographs of Bahamian landscapes and flora, locally made straw bags, and a vintage coral chandelier.
The seaside refuge includes an outdoor pool and custom-built cabana bar. Surrounded by lush, native plant life and landscaping, the outdoor oasis is an inviting private escape that can host a crowd.
